Dear Miss Bernier:
I am sending today through Railway Express
one set of the page proofs, the galleys and the manuscript.
I did not receive any proofs of the table of con-
tents.
Monday, June 17, I will send you by special delivery
the manuscript of the index.
As I plan to leave in the afternoon of June 25, it
will probably not be possible for me to read the proofs
of the index. My address from July 5 to July 11 is:
Hotel de Castille, 37, rue Cambon, Paris, France, and
for the following three weeks: Kurhotel Montafon, Schruns,
Austria.
Sincerely yours,
LM/ms
