Dr. Ludwig von Mises
6 Washington Square North
New York 3, N. Y.
Dear Sir:
Enclosed is material from our first Lecture which
was delivered by Dr. Russell Kirk on September 27th.
Reception to our program and to our organization
has been gratifying. Well over two hundred persons
attended Dr. Kirk's talk, and though many students and
faculty members are not sympathetic to our cause, they
have had warm words for the project as a whole and for
the manner in which we have chosen to approach the
problem.
Would it be possible for you to see me at your
office on Wednesday or Thursday, October 27th or 28th?
This is the time most convenient for me to come to New
York, but if another time is preferable to you I will
be glad to accommodate. We can settle a great many
details then, including a date for your appearance
here.
With best wishes,
Very truly yours,
tohn Belding wint
