Shakespeare's 'Twelfth Night' Arrives Nov. 11-12
England's Globe Theater will come to the Grove City campus in Crawford Auditorium
this
weekend as the college Elizabethan actors present their annual Shakespearean production.
This year's presentation, Twelfth Night," is considered by many authorities as the rich-
est in humor of Shakespeare's comedies. A three-act play of considerable depth, 'Twelfth
Night" runs the gaunlet of emotions from love to disgust and laughter to sorrow.
If it is love that makes the world go round, the world of "Twelfth Night" revolves
at
top speed. Orsino, the nobel Duke of Illyria, thinks himself to be in love with the fair Olivia
while in reality, he is in love with the thought of love and not the maiden.
