Dear Professor Pratt:
I was absent from New York and got your Special
Delivery letter only today. I hope that it is not too
late.
I enclose two letters of introduction. Taucher,
for some time Minister of Commerce in. the Schusehnigg
Cabinet, is Professor of Economics at the University
of Graz and at present head of the Austrian E. R. P.
Office. He visited New York only a few weeks ago.
Kerschagl is Professor (and former Rector) at the
Hochschule fuer Welthandel. He spent last year se-
veral months in this country. Both have full command
of the English language.
I hope that your trip will be successful and I
do wish you good luck.
with best regards
Yours very sincerely
