Taucher, for some time Minister of Commerce in. the Schusehnigg Cabinet, is Professor of Economics at the University of Graz and at present head of the Austrian E. R. P. Office. He visited New York only a few weeks ago. Kerschagl is Professor (and former Rector) at the Hochschule fuer Welthandel. He spent last year se- veral months in this country.
