Dear Professor,
I thank you, for your quick acceptance. In imparted it to
my Master and Friend, Mr Baudin, who is particularly glad.
I note you down as the Paris Committee Correspondent fort
the Collection in the U.S.A.
I shall send you the text of the Circular issued by the
Definitive Committe, with its translation. Perhaps will it be
necessary for you to male an adaptation for the U.S.A. use.
Must I send you the number of Letters and Circulas you
will kindly point out to me in you next letter, or rather send them
directly on a List of Names ?
I am at your disposal for the better method you choose.
I personaly take pleasure in this opportunity of corres-
ponding with you, which enables me to tell you all my grateful
sympathy for your works.
