Dear Mr. Damascelli:
I am replying belatedly to your letter dated July 1, 1964.
We are forwarding to you under separate cover, by Air
Mail, a copy of the book entitled PLANNING FOR FREEDOM and
literature about our other publications.
The Italian rights of PLANNING FOR FREEDOM are open, and
Libertarian Press will authorize you to translate and put out
an Italian edition subject to the following terms:
1.
That you pay to the author, Dr. Ludwig
von Mises, 777 West End Avenue, New York 25,
New York, the same royalty that we pay him
in this country, to wit, 10% of the retail
price of the book; and
2. Our authorization to you to publish an
Italian-language edition of PLANNING FOR
FREEDOM is granted under the condition that
it will be ready and available for sale in
bookstores not later than January 1, 1966.
Should this not be the case, the author and
publisher are entitled to make use of the
rights in any other way they wish.
Yours very truly,
7n
Frederick Nymeyer
