That you pay to the author, Dr. Ludwig von Mises, 777 West End Avenue, New York 25, New York, the same royalty that we pay him in this country, to wit, 10% of the retail price of the book; and 2. Our authorization to you to publish an Italian-language edition of PLANNING FOR FREEDOM is granted under the condition that it will be ready and available for sale in bookstores not later than January 1, 1966. Should this not be the case, the author and publisher are entitled to make use of the rights in any other way they wish.
