Dear Margit;
Finally!
The Rothbard Research Service
is terribly slow, isn't it?
I'm very sorry it's taken me so darn
long to get this small amount of research to
you. It was a combination of being out of town
a lot, the holidays, and being lucky enough
to have a lot of books for my own work at home,
so I didn*t go to the library as often as earlier
in the fall.
However, I couldn't find any sign of the
second fellow on your list -- Bauquin. If
you have hints about him for me, I'll try again.
I was glad to hear that you had a good
time, and a quiet one over Christmas. We went
to Virginia where my brother and his family
live. Then up to Washington to the American
Philosophical Assn. was meeting, and Murray
gave a paper on Anarchy. It was well received,
except for one of the commentators who was a
left-winger, and wept during his comment, because
of what he called Murray's hard-heartedness.
We were very glad to hear of the encourag-
ing words about your book from John Chamberlin.
I'm going to hear Boris Gudunov on Monday
night, and am really looking forward to seeing
