Dr.Rudolf Loebl born in Vienna March 25,1893 was from 1929-1934 a member of my graduate seminar at the University of Vienna and took an active part in the research work done in this seminar. The researchwork, carried out by him, concerned topics of eco- nomics as well as legal subjects with an economic bachground. From the way in which he tackled and presented the problems I gained the impression that he has a full command of modern eco- nomic theory and is qualified to teach subjects in this sphere.
