He is also on the Curriculum Committee of the Uni- versity and on the editorial staff of the Kanto Gakuin Journal. He has several outside activities, including as an advisor to the Weekly Journal of Real Estate in Japan. He has written many articles on marketing, economics and real es- tate problems, and has translated into Japanese from the English a book by Professor F. Case of California, entitled REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE, and he has a book of his own, REAL ESTATE MARKETING, scheduled for publication. He is also working on definitions of marketing terms for a new Japanese encyclopedic dictionary. Professor Murata is a member of the Mont Pelerin Society.
