Dear Leonard:
A week or two ago I received a letter from Chester Kerr
of The Yale University Press inquiring whether we would
like to take over publication rights to Human Action. He
said that there had been SO much criticism of the way they
had handled the book that he thought it might be better if
some other firm took it over.
I gather from his letter that their last printing was 2, 500,
and that all or most of these have been sold. He said that
they would be willing to lease us their plates, but if their
printing was unsatisfactory, why would ours be any better
from the same plates?

out one or two chapters of the book in our Gateway paperback
series. I had thought particularly of the chapter on the market
and several others related to it. This is something I would
