Henry Regnery to Ludwig von Mises Letter With Notes, February 7, 1967
February 7, 1967
Professor Ludwig von Mises
777 West End Avenue
New York, N. Y. 10025
Dear Professor von Mises:
When you were here, I understood you to say that you thought that
it might be better for us to reissue The Omnipotent Government
instead of Socialism. Was I correct in this understanding? I have
just had a letter from Leonard Read who seems to be interested in
the republication of Socialism in our Gateway series. Before
answering his letter, I would like to know whether I was correct
in my understanding of what you said concerning this book and
Omnipotent Government.
I would also greatly appreciate it if you could send me one copy
of each book. I would also like to have a copy, if you can spare
one, of the book on the theory of money.
Sincerely yours,
Henry
Regnery
